This beautiful coastal home is nestled in the heart of Sarasota, just 15 minutes away from both Lido Key Beach and Siesta Key Beach! With a backyard oasis, this cozy home is a haven to return to after a day at the #1 beach in the US, Siesta Key Beach!

Wake up with your morning cup of coffee enjoyed from the beautiful screened-in porch overlooking the backyard oasis. Then, spending the day lounging by the pool or relaxing on one of the nearby 5-star beaches. Going to the beach is even easier with all of our provided beach supplies (toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.)! Enjoy the afternoon relaxing after a day in the sun in the cozy living room, catching up on one of your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, then grill outside and enjoy a cookout under the stars! This place is magical at night!

We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

• The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

• We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural Florida sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
• Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

  *Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.

8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Bahama Breeze!
