Renters must be 25 years of age or older. This is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate illegal drugs, hookahs, smoking indoors or excessive alcohol consumption. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and strictly enforced. Please do not bring external speakers and play loud music - the neighborhood is very quiet. We do not permit additional people at the home who are not included in the original booking. During the day we ask you to please be respectful of the neighbors and keep music turned down while outside. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors and the property! :)
Be sure to bring your own firewood for the fire pit, or you can purchase some at a nearby Turkey Hill convenience store at Rt. 30 and Ronks Rd.
PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
